Orders are typically ready to ship by the next business day. Standard ground shipping is $12, and orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping. Expedited delivery is available for $49 and is expected to arrive within 1–2 business days of the order date.
Return authorization must be requested within five calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered and returned in their original packaging with all labels attached. Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and a 10% sterilization fee.
