Can my wig be colored?
100% Human hair wigs can be color-treated. Synthetic or synthetic-blended wigs cannot
Can I wear my wig every day?
Every day wear is fine; as with your own hair, more frequent cleaning may be required with more frequent usage.
How do I measure for my wig?
Most people will wear an average-size wig which fits heads between 21.5" and 22.5". A 23" measurement is considered Large, where a Petite is 21" and an Ultra Petite is 20.5" or less. Be mindful that sizing can vary by manufacturer
How true are color swatches?
When shopping online, colors may vary depending on the type of screen monitor calibration. Be mindful that what you are viewing could vary based on the manufacturer; i.e., "chocolate" could differ depending on the pigment used by the manufacturer, as well as your own interpretation.
Is there a difference between a regular brush and a wig brush?
Yes, regular brushes can pull the strands too much, causing stretching or pulling strands out of the cap.
Can I style my wig with heat?
Be sure to check the manufacturer's recommendations for heat; even if your piece is heat-tolerant, it is often not recommended to use a styling device above 325 degrees.
How do I store my wigs?
Open-air wig stands are highly recommended for storing your wigs when not in use. A stand will help maintain the wig's natural shape and keep the cap aired out and fresh.
Can I use hairspray on my wig or hairpiece?
For those who prefer a holding spray, we can provide a synthetic fiber hairspray. Holding sprays that are not water-soluble should never be used!
Can my wig be cut?
We recommend that any cutting, coloring, or permanent alterations of your wig be done only by a trained professional.
Can the wig be made biggeror smaller to better fit my head?
Yes, wigs can be adjusted by tightening or loosening the tabs at the back of most wigs. Petite or large sizes may also be offered in certain styles but not all available in all styles or colors.
Will my synthetic wig frizz?
Frizzing is usually caused by heat sources, such as opening the oven, the dishwasher, or the clothes dryer, as well as a blow dryer or curling iron.
Friction against furniture or pillows can also cause frizzing
How do I request a refund or exchange?
All claims and requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 5 days of your order's delivery date. To begin a return, email thatwigshop@gmail.com to receive a return label and an authorization number. Returns are accepted only on eligible products where the item and packaging have not been altered, the item has not been worn or damaged, and all product labels remain attached.
