Order Processing
Orders are generally prepared and ready to ship by the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed beginning on the next available business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays.
Shipping Rates
That Wig Shop offers the following shipping options:
- Free standard shipping on orders over $99
- $12 flat-rate standard ground shipping on orders under $99
- $49 expedited delivery
Expedited Delivery
Expedited orders are expected to arrive within one to two business days from the order date. Delivery times may be affected by weekends, holidays, carrier delays, severe weather, an incorrect delivery address, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation at the email address provided during checkout. When available, tracking information will be included.
Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.
That Wig Shop is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location, ask other members of your household, and contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
