When will My order be shipped?
Most orders received by 2:pm EST will be shipped the same business day, unless backordered, or otherwise indicated in the actual individual item description, or is a special-order item. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, and holidays will be shipped the following business day.
Can I cancel my order?
That Wig Shop’s priority is shipping purchased items to the customer as quickly as possible. A 2-hour cancellation window is provided prior to the order being shipped. Changes can only be made to your order prior to shipping.

After creating an account with That Wig Shop you may sign in anytime to view your account and order history.
How do I request a refund (Refund procedure and policies)?
All claims and request for refunds must be made within 5 days of order delivery date. Email us at Support@that wigshop.com to receive a return label and control number.
Please note, That Wig Shop will gladly accept returns on all eligible products where the product or packaging has not been altered, the item has not been worn, the item has not been altered, or damaged in any way and all product labels are still attached. Claims and refund requests must be made no later than 5 days of the date order is delivered, and received no later than 10 days after the return label is issued. There will be a restocking charge of $17.95 and a return postage fee for any returns. These fees will be deducted from the amount refunded to the original payment method or credit card.
How soon can I expect a refund to be processed?
It typically takes 5-7 business days for your return to be delivered to That Wig Shop. Once it is received, we will inspect the item(s) and process any eligible refunds. Although it takes less than 5-7 days to begin this process, your credit card company may take additional time to deposit funds into your account.
Are orders shipped discreetly?
Yes; your discretion one of That Wig Shop’s top priorities. Our shipments are discretely marked and never publicized.
