That Wig Shop ensures the privacy of all customer information. All transactions are processed according to Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards and meet all Federal requirements for privacy.
Most orders received by 2:pm EST will be shipped the same business day, unless backordered, or otherwise indicated in the actual individual item description, or is a special-order item. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, and holidays will be shipped the following business day.
That Wig Shop’s priority is shipping purchased items to the customer as quickly as possible. A 2-hour cancellation window is provided prior to the order being shipped. Changes can only be made to your order prior to shipping.

All claims and request for refunds must be made within 5 days of order delivery date. Email us at Support@thatwigshop.com to receive a return label and control number. Please note, That Wig Shop will gladly accept returns on all eligible products where the product or packaging has not been altered, worn, altered, or damaged. Claims and refund requests must be made no later than 5 days of the date order is delivered, and received no later than 10 days after return label is issued. There will be a restocking charge of $7.95 for any returns.
It typically takes 5-7 business days for your return to be delivered to That Wig Shop. Once it is received, we will inspect the item(s) and process any eligible refunds. Although it takes less than 5-7 days to begin this process, your credit card company may take additional time to deposit funds into your account.

100% Human hair wigs can be color treated but it is not recommended to color synthetic or synthetic blended wigs.
Everyday wear is fine; as with your own hair more frequent cleaning may be required with more frequent usage.

Most people will wear an Average size wig which fits heads between 21.5” and 22.5”. A 23” measurement is considered Large where a Petite is 21” and Ultra Petite is 20.5”. 

When shopping on-line colors may vary depending on the type of screen or quality you are viewing and could vary based on manufacturer, i.e. “chocolate” could vary depending on the pigment used by the manufacturer.
Yes, regular brushes can pull the strands too much causing stretching or pulling strands out of the cap.
Be sure to check the manufacturer’s recommendations for heat; even if your piece is heat tolerable it is still not recommended to use a styling device over 325 degrees.
Open wig stands are recommended for storing your wigs when not in use. A stand will help maintain the natural shape of the wig and keep the cap aired out and fresh.
For those who like using a holding spray, we can provide a synthetic fiber hairspray. Holding sprays that are not water soluble should never be used!
We recommended that any cutting, coloring or permanently re-curling of your wig be done by only a trained professional.
Yes, wigs may be adjusted by tightening or loosening the tabs located in the back of the wig. Petite or large sizes are offered but may not be available in all styles or colors.
Frizzing is usually caused by heat sources such as opening the oven, the dishwasher, the clothes dryer as well as a blow dryer or curling iron. Friction against furniture or pillows can also cause frizzing.
