Privacy Statement:

That Wig Shop ensures the privacy of all customer information. All transactions are processed in accordance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards and comply with all Federal privacy requirements. –

 

When will my order be shipped?

Most orders received by 2 pm EST will be shipped the same business day, unless backordered (in which you will receive immediate notification), otherwise indicated in the item description, or a special-order item. Orders placed after 2 pm, on weekends, or on holidays will be shipped the following business day.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

That Wig Shop's priority is shipping desired items to the customer as quickly as possible. A 2-hour cancellation window is provided before the order is shipped. Final daily cutoff time for changes or cancellations is 2 pm EST.

 

Can I track my order?

Order tracking will be provided via email within 24 hours of shipping.

 

How do I request a refund or Exchange?

All claims and requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 5 days of the order delivery date.

Email us at "thatwigshop@gmail.com" to request a return label and authorization number. 

Please note that Wig Shop will gladly accept returns on all eligible products where the product or packaging has not been altered, the item has not been worn or damaged in any way, and all product labels are still attached. Claims and refund requests must be made no later than 5 days after the date the order is delivered and received.

How soon can I expect a refund to be processed

Once the return or refund is received, we will inspect the item(s) and process any eligible refunds. Although it takes less than 3 to 5 business days to begin this process, and  then the funds are credited to your original payment method

Your credit card company may take additional time to deposit funds into your account.

 

Are there any charges associated with Returns and Exchanges?

There will be a $7.95 restocking charge for any returns. In some instances, return shipping costs may apply. Any discount or coupon codes used for the original purchase containing the words Blowout, super-sale, Chico's picks, closeout, or discontinued are non-refundable.

 

Are orders shipped discreetly? 

Yes, your discretion is one of That Wig Shop's top priorities. Our shipments are returned discreetly marked and never publicized.
